At Hobart Therapy, I offer both short- and long-term support. Whether you’re looking for psychotherapy, trauma-informed therapy, EMDR,  EFT, CBT approaches, DBT-informed practice, or help with anxiety, depression, trauma, borderline personality disorder (BPD), anger, or simply wanting more out of life — I’m here to help.

Work can also be a major source of stress. If you feel stuck, unhappy at work, or constantly dealing with difficult situations or colleagues, I can support you in finding ways to manage these challenges.

How I Work

Therapy should be accessible and comfortable, so I offer flexible options to suit your lifestyle and needs. Whether you prefer the personal connection of sitting down together in the same room, the convenience of online therapy, or the ease of a phone session, you’ll receive the same supportive care.

Face-to-Face Sessions

Meet in person at my North Hobart office in a calm, personal and informal setting. This option is ideal if you prefer direct, in-room connection and a dedicated therapeutic space.

Online Therapy (Skype / Zoom)

Access therapy from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are. Online sessions are secure, flexible, and perfect for fitting into a busy schedule.

Phone Consultations

A simple and accessible way to connect if you’re unable to meet in person or online. Phone sessions are discreet and convenient, offering reliable support wherever you are.
